This shop is definitely the ol school style. Down to earth owner, with a great sense of humor and a heart the size of Texas. I'm a customer for as long as the doors are open! He's great at wrenching on the bikes and stays busy, but definitely deserves the blessing of prosperity and happiness.
Called in needing a flat tire repaired the same day it happened. He didn't have my exact tire in stock but he called around to find one for me last minute. He had me in within the hours I needed it done and was very quick. Suggested some local food, supplied some water, and offered me a seat. This was super nice considering the morning I had just had. On top of this, pricing is fair. Would definitely recommend.
HB Wise was very helpful in changing out my tire. Customer Service was excellent that I am a repeat customer.
Dropped husbands bike off over 2 1/2 months ago said it be 2weeks to get it back long story short bike didn't get fixed couldn't find the problem good thing he did give money back for diagnostic test paid for when bike got dropped off
The gentleman HB that I talked to took the time to grasp everything I wanted and needed to have done on my bike.
Dropped it off today and I feel confident that when I get it back it will be the way I am expecting it to be.
A friend recommended this shop based on past experience, but after I dropped my bike there, I found numerous people saying it has really gone downhill. That matches my experience. The bike sat for over a week without being touched. They only started working on it when I finally called them asking about it. We needed a special-order part which cost $175. No problem, just want the bike completed. They said they needed me to prepay the part. I offered to give them my CC info over the phone. They said no, I had to come in in person to do it. I'm too busy to drive 25 minutes each way from work just to have someone swipe my CC. Overall, my impression is that there are some good people there, but the shop just isn't very well run. I ended up picking up the bike and taking it elsewhere.
I have gone there several times in the past few years. The people are always friendly and the service is always been exceptional. A lot of shops won’t do dark side mounting (car tire) but they did. It was on within an hour, 3k latter, no regrets. The only negative thing is, I took my clutch cable there 3X and it kept breaking so I just bought a new one (probably should have done that in the first place anyway).Otherwise, I am very satisfied.
After getting into an accident, I brought my bike over to Two Wheel World so they can repair it, and boy did they do a horrible job.
They didn’t test drive it like they’re supposed to after completing the job, so I went home to find out that my bike was still leaking oil, transmission was flipped and came home with a gas leak (never had that issue).
So basically when I was driving it, they bike caught on fire?!?! And when I brought it back to them, they said they’ll take care of it.
It has now been two months, and no one has touched the bike, haven’t received a call from anyone to update me on the bikes status, every time I personally go up there, there’s a different guy with a new story about why it hasn’t been worked on, AND they’re trying to charge me AGAIN for THEIR mistake.
Very horrible experience, definitely don’t recommend bringing your bike over here if you need any repairs done to it.
